Holistic Wellbeing and Flexibility: It’s open enrollment season! Have you ever wondered what impacts the cost of healthcare and pharmaceutical benefits? Is your benefits program resulting in a healthier workforce? What should a client employer keep in mind when designing a benefits program to improve employee wellbeing? Deborah Levy, Vice President at Woodruff Sawyer, will review the concepts of health equity, health literacy and workplace flexibility - among others - to help answer those questions!
Financial Wellbeing – Are we there yet? The retirement industry has been throwing around the term “Financial Wellness” for over a decade, and inquiring minds want to know…are we there yet? A panel discussion around employee sentiment, Secure 2.0 provisions that promote financial wellness and how plan sponsors are starting to adopt these provisions. Our panel includes include Tina Chambers, Senior Retirement Plan Consultant with SageView Advisory Group and Guen Toste, Executive Relationship Manager, T. Rowe Price.
