Our ability to pay for rising healthcare costs is a major factor in our financial wellness and retirement readiness. It is not just a challenge for us during our working years, but in retirement too. Audra Willing and Janine Wilson will share a few of HealthEquity’s observations on how their clients are effectively addressing these issues and saving money and improving financial outcomes.
Speaker Bios
Janine Wilson is a seasoned Regional Sales Executive at HealthEquity, Inc., serving in eight states. Janine brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight to her role, which she describes as the perfect balance between remote work and business travel A former teacher at heart, Janine thrives on helping others understand complex topics, whether she's leading a client presentation or mentoring colleagues.
Outside of work, Janine is a passionate traveler, avid reader, and enthusiastic board gamer. She finds motivation in her adult children and admires individuals who persevere through adversity. Her favorite quote, from Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women, reflects her belief in making each day both useful and pleasant: “Have regular hours for work and play; make each day both useful and pleasant, and prove that you understand the worth of time by employing it well. Then youth will bring few regrets, and life will become a beautiful success.”
Audra Willing is a sales executive with a track record of driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across healthcare, technology, and renewable energy. Currently VP of Enterprise Sales at HealthEquity, she blends over 15 years of leadership experience with an MBA in Sustainable Systems to deliver results that align business success with mission-driven impact. Known for her competitive drive and collaborative spirit, Audra excels at turning bold ideas into measurable outcomes.
