Hidden Dangers: Part-time and temporary employees pose compliance risks under the ACA and SECURE Acts. Attorney, Christine Hawkins of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, will discuss legal compliance issues related to part-time, temporary, seasonal, and other non-regular employee classifications under the Affordable Care Act employer mandate and new long-term part-time retirement rules.
