Presenter Todd Ringwood is the Resident Managing Director for the Aon Hewitt Seattle office. His primary responsibilities include serving as the overall business leader for all Seattle Risk and Northwest Health and Benefits clients and operations, encompassing over 60 employees and more than 200 clients. This responsibility includes clients in 5 states and offices in both Portland and Seattle. Additionally, he is the National Practice Leader for Aon's Primary Education Industry Group, and is responsible for delivering consulting services as an account manager; including groups ranging in size from 20,000 to 80,000 employees.

Presenter Tobi Strevell is a Principal in Mercer's Health and Benefits Practice in Seattle and leads the mid-market consulting/brokerage team. She also leads marketing and development efforts for Mercer Marketplace in the Pacific Northwest. Tobi has worked with clients from 200 to 100,000 employees/retirees. As a senior leader at Mercer, Tobi co-leads the Women's Resource Group in Seattle, and is a member of the Marsh & McLennan Aviation Industry Taskforce.
