ERISA Litigation
The last several years has seen a dramatic increase in all areas of ERISA litigation. New cases range from challenges to 401(k) fees, investments, and costs, to disputes over ESOP valuations, to new challenges to investments in defined benefit plans. And now that many class actions have settled for large amounts, new plaintiffs class action firms are developing an expertise in ERISA litigation. Andrew Holly, a partner at Dorsey & Whitney who specializes in ERISA litigation, will discusses the newest trends in ERISA litigation, and will provide practical tips on how to prepare for, and avoid ERISA litigation.

Andrew Holly is a Partner in the Dorsey & Whitney's Trial Department. He has extensive experience defending fiduciaries, sponsors, and insurers in ERISA fiduciary class actions, benefit claims, and both ERISA and non-ERISA executive compensation claims. He has handled all conceivable aspects of ERISA litigation. Andrew has handled dozens of jury and court trials, arbitrations, regulatory matters, and other evidentiary hearings.
